Newly built apartments, with stunning views of the Finestrat area. All the facilities and night life are within close walking distance of this beautiful resort in Spain. There is a wonderful private swimming pool and a children's play area for each apartment with excellent balcony views, please see all the pictures to appreciate the quality.
In each apartment a lift is provided for you convenience, however all holiday apartments are situated on the lower floors if you prefer to use the stairs. You will find that all apartments are extremely secure with a video/telephone intercom system and 24 hour security.

Lounge; High Quality Leather Sofa`s, to all apartments Lounge: Coffee Table, Table Lamps, Quality Rugs, Quality Dining Table & Chairs, all apartments have a childs high chair etc. Bathroom 1: En suite bathroom with power shower, hair dryer fitted & plenty towels supplied on arrival. Bathroom 2; Separate shower room with w/c towels etc. Air Conditioning / Heating: All apartments are fitted with the highest standard remote controlled air conditioning/heating units throughout. Bedrooms: Bedrooms fitted with good quality beds & bedding, all wardrobes have plenty hangers, see pictures for each apartment. Balacny`s: Quality Patio table & chairs, loungers with sunshine from around 11am until late. All have patio furniture, table & chairs please see pictures. Towels: plenty towels provided on arrival. Beach towels are also provided in each apartment Linen: Fresh linen are included; extra blankets and sheets are stored in the bed drawers. TV & Channels: large flat screen TV & DVD Player, Full Sky Package, Sports 1,2,3, Movies1,2,3, BBC1 & 2, ITV 1, ITV 2, CH4, CH5, Sky 1, Discovery, History, News, Bravo, Childrens, Music & many more. Please note that very occasionally we do experience loss of channels from, this is out of our control & effects the whole of Spain. Kitchens: Fully fitted kitchen with Washing Machine, Fridge freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Oven & Hob, Pans, Plates & Cups, Full size ironing Board with Iron etc. Child; Cots & high chairs are provided in each free of charge. Swimming Pools: All apartments have excellent private swimming pools, the Sidney apartment also has an indoor pool for use in winter. As with most swimming pools you will find some restrictions with the use of airbeds etc Cleaning: The apartments are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before arrival & again on departure. If you require an aditional cleaning service, this can be arranged at an extra cost.of 45 euro per clean. Beds: Los Altos 2 bedroom apartment, 1 x double. 2 x singles plus travel cot. Fold away beds can also be privided for additional guests if required. Beds: Los Altos 3 bedroom apartment, 1 x double. 4 x singles plus travel cot. Fold away beds can also be privided for additional guests if required. Beds: Sidney 2 bedroom apartment, 4 x singles plus travel cot. Fold away beds can also be privided for additional guests if required. Beds: New 2 bedroom apartment coming September 2008. 5 x singles plus travel cot. Fold away beds can also be privided for additional guests if required. Please Note: As above we can also supply fold away beds to each apartment for extra guests if required free of charge.

Apartment information / views etc When you book our holiday apartments in Finestrat you can see every room & balcony view of the actual apartment you want to stay in. All of our holiday apartments have excellent views. the Los Altos 2 & 3 Bedroom Apartments have Swimming pool & tennis court views. The Sidney Apartment has 2 balcony`s, the first has a view looking over the beach & the second looks over the swimming pool. Our new apartment which will be available from September 2008 has gardens with patio & is front line overlooking the bay of La Cala Finestrat.

Alicante to Finestrat transfers we charge half the price of standard transfers to La Cala Finestrat or Benidorm. Click on this link fill in your destination from Alicante Airport and for around 45 euros each way we can pick you up, Even if you dont book one of our holiday apartments we will arrange your transfer for you. We can also arrange your transfer to other destinations eg: Benidorm, Albir, Altea, El Campello & surrounding areas, just ask for a quote. We can arrange for a 5 or 8 seat minibus from Alicante airport. Your transfer from Alicante will take around 40 minutes to Finestrat or Benidorm & we will take you direct to your destination.
